Washington, DC - Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs Richard Stengel will travel to London, United Kingdom on January 18 and will participate in a panel at Chatham House on “Waging a Digital Counterinsurgency.”

The Under Secretary will discuss the Administration’s ongoing efforts to combat ISIL via social media, including the recently announced launch of the Global Engagement Center.
The Under Secretary will also meet with anti-ISIL coalition partners, civil society leaders and technology entrepreneurs.
